I was working with a lender on a new construction jumbo loan for over 4 months and was told that everything would be perfect because of our good credit, low debt to income ratio until 29 days before closing to find out the whole loan was falling apart, but was told that a much higher interest rate will be able to get my loan approved with no problem.
